An ideal candidate will be:
- Applicants must be female, passionate about working in the early years, creative, and have patience, and a sense of humor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in addition to strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience and relevant qualifications; CACHE Level 3 or Diploma in Early Years, Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or PGCE.
- Salary is negotiable but is dependent on experience, hours worked and whether the free child place offered is utilized. Working hours will vary dependent on the role offered.
