At Emirates British Nursery, the children’s learning is at the centre of everything we do, our enrichment programme is aimed at enhancing children’s development through speciality subjects which develop critical thinking, risk-taking and ensure the children actively take part in their learning. They are an important part of your child’s education, giving them new experiences, and extending their learning, providing the children with a rounded, while building character, resilience and motivation.

At Emirates British Nursery we provide 5 Enrichment Programmes:

Sensory Science

We will explore a range of textures and materials during our messy play sessions. The children will be provided with marvellous sensory opportunities created to inspire and encourage children to investigate, explore and take risks by using their five senses to develop an understanding of the world around them. The children will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they participate in a range of inquiry based sensory activities.

As the children activate their curiosity during these sensory experiences, they will be cultivating their imagination, creativity and exploration skills.

Little Explorers

Our little explorer classes will take place weekly and allows the children to explore the environment around them through nature-based projects. This will allow children to build a natural curiosity, learning about cause and effect whilst conducting fun science and investigation projects.

How does your garden grow?
They will also learn how to grow and care for living things, build healthy eating habits and enjoy sensory and textural activities that support creative development.

Amazing adventures filled with wonderment and surprise await each child on their weekly ‘Little Explorer’ escapades!

Little Explorers

Our little explorer classes will take place weekly and allows the children to explore the environment around them through nature-based projects. This will allow children to build a natural curiosity, learning about cause and effect whilst conducting fun science and investigation projects.

Little Chefs

This class promotes valuable life skills that teach children about nutrition and food safety. The children will experience mixing materials, measuring ingredients and learning all about healthy eating.

They will also learn mathematical concepts such as volume and capacity, measurement, shape and number concepts during age-appropriate cooking activities!

Fun Fitness

We have created an age-appropriate programme to instil the importance of fitness in our children. Every week our fun fitness classes will engage the children in varied physical activities designed to improve their strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, body awareness and discipline.

In addition to these skills, children also learn social skills, communication, listening, self-confidence and teamwork.

The children will take part in multiple fun activities such as music and movement, ball skills, balancing activities, and so much more.

DIP AND SPLASH

As one of the only group of nurseries with a purpose-built swimming pool and facilities for young children in Dubai, the Dip and Splash programme develops your child’s confidence in the water alongside independent skills.
